I was born in Storm Lake, Iowa in 1961 and started playing guitar in the mid-70's with my friends. We took a few lessons but were mostly self-taught. We did a lot of loose loose jamming on funk, rock, blues and jazz. Just making racket, but it prepared me to put things together when people asked for complete songs.
